Providing UDS/Logistics support, mission operations support, analyzing and determining program resources. DoD Range experience is highly desired but not required. The successful candidate must be able to work closely with managerial and engineering personnel to develop meaningful reports, briefs and schedules. A HIGHLY motivated team player with good interpersonal and problem solving skills is desired.

The Program Support Analyst will provide a variety of analytical and administrative support to the Government Program Manager for the PMRF T&E customer. The desire to learn and the ability to work well under pressure, whether supervised or independently, are key success factors.

Major job activities/skills:

--Analytical and problem solving ability

--Able to coordinate and develop comprehensive reports through gathering, analyzing, and summarizing data and information from a variety of sources.

--Able to prepare presentation materials for a wide audience.

--Excellent communication skills with emphasis on effectively communicating program details within all levels of management and capable of working independently.

--Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Project, SharePoint, and Visio.

--Able to work in collaborative sessions, while demonstrating strong verbal communication and presentation skills.

--Experience producing written documentation, to include, but not limited to procedures and instructions.

--Experience managing, tracking, prioritizing, and scheduling multiple projects simultaneously and with meeting short deadlines.

Experience/Education Required--Experience with project management or business analysis work.

--Experience in project support or management or related field.

Bachelor's Degree, Range Experience

Have or be able to obtain a secret clearance
